小儿手足口病合并心肌损害的临床观察与护理

目的总结手足口病合并心肌损害患儿的临床观察及护理经验。方法对2013年1月至2015年12月收治的80例手足口病合并心肌损害患儿进行临床观察与护理。结果手足口病合并心肌损害患儿受损的心肌酶谱及心电图均恢复正常痊愈出院。结论对手足口病合并心肌损害的患儿，经早期发现、早期干预治疗以及密切观察病情变化和细致的护理可预防并发症，提高治愈率、降低病死率。

Objective To summarize the clinical observation and nursing experience of children with hand foot mouth disease complicated with myocardial damage. Methods From January 2013 to December 2015, 80 cases of hand foot mouth disease complicated with myocardial damage in children were clinical observed and nursed. Results The myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram in children with hand foot mouth disease complicated with myocardial damage were recovered and discharged. Conclusion For children with hand foot mouth disease complicated with myocardial damage, early detection, early intervention treatment and close observation of the disease changes and meticulous care can prevent complications, improve the cure rate, reduce mortality.
