孕产妇围生期心肌病诊断和治疗的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 围生期心肌病（peripartum cardiomyopathy，PPCM）是发生于既往无心血管系统疾病史的孕产妇，在妊娠晚期至产后6个月内出现以左心室收缩功能减退和心力衰竭为特征的临床疾病。该病发病率低，但严重威胁母婴安全，据报道其病死率高达20％-50％。PPCM患者通常因心律失常、心力衰竭等引起临床症状而就诊于心内科，传统的治疗主要是标准的抗心衰治疗。PPCM的发病可能与病毒感染、
