"慕课"凭借着开放程度高、教学规模大、互动性强等特点,逐渐整合到了大学的教学体系中,并从高等教育向职业培训扩展。园长培训作为园长领导力提升的重要途径,其有效性直接影响到园长们对幼儿园的后续管理。在总结分析园长培训中出现的问题及"慕课"在教学实践中面临的挑战的基础上,试图通过"慕课"构建更加有效的园长培训模式,使培训园长们的领导力得到进一步的提升,从而促进更多幼儿园健康可持续发展。

＂ MOOCS＂ has the characteristics of high opening, large teaching scale and strong interactivity, which is the reason for its integration into college teaching system and expands to vocational training. Kindergarten principal training is an important way to im- prove kindergarten principals＇ leadership. The effectiveness of training will influence kindergarten principals＇ management. By analyzing the problems of kindergarten principal training and the challengea in teaching practice, we try to make use of ＂MOOCS＂ to build a more effective kindergarten principal training pattern that contributes to improving principal leadership so as to promote healthy and sustainable development of the kindergarten.
