冷热水实验中眼震离散度研究对于前庭中枢性疾病诊断的意义

Study the Nystagmus Dispersion in Cold and Hot Water Experiment Has Significance in the Diagnosis of Central Vestibular Disease

目的通过研究眼震电图检查中冷热水实验时所诱发眼震强度数值的离散度分析,找出非前庭中枢性病变患者及前庭中枢性病变患者存在哪些差异,从而为鉴别患者是否为前庭中枢性病变提供指导意义。方法 94例患者分成两组,一组50例,均为前庭周围性疾病,二组44例,均为前庭中枢性疾病。每名患者均行眼震电图冷热水实验,选取其中一段眼震,应用统计软件分别计算所选取眼震数值的标准差,比较二组患者眼震标准差差异。结果非前庭中枢性患者组眼震标准差除1例为5.26,其余患者均<5;前庭中枢性疾病患者眼震标准差除1例为3.82,其余患者均>5。结论眼震标准差越大(通常>5),提示中枢性疾病的可能性越大。

Objective By studying the nystagmus dispersion in cold and hot water experiment in ENG,find out the difference between non central vestibular disease group and central vestibular disease group,thus it can provide guiding significance in differential diagnosis.Methods 94 patients,divided into two groups,50 patients were in the first group,they are all peripheral vestibular disease,44 patients were in the second group,they are all central vestibular disease,each patients take the ENG cold and hot water experiment,choose one part of nystagmus of the cold and hot water experiment,using statistics software calculate the standard deviation,find out the difference between the two groups.Results Except one patient＇s standard deviation in peripheral vestibular disease group was 5.26,the rest are〈5;except one patient＇s standard deviation in central vestibular disease group was 3.82,the rest are〉5.Conclusion The bigger the deviation of nystagmus of the cold and hot water experiment（at least〉5）,the more possibility of central vestibular disease may be.
