83例水痘患儿外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分析

Analysis of T Lymphocyte Subtypes in Peripheral Blood of 83 Children With Varicella

目的比较水痘患儿与普通健康儿童的T淋巴细胞亚群是否存在差异,同时将普通水痘患儿与水痘突破性病例患儿的T淋巴细胞亚群进行比较,探究水痘患儿的机体细胞免疫状态变化情况。方法收集所有就诊水痘患儿以及健康体检儿童的静脉血,分为普通水痘患儿组、水痘突破性病例患儿组、健康儿童组,分别检测三组儿童的T淋巴细胞亚群,并对三组数据进行比较分析。结果普通水痘患儿组、水痘突破性病例患儿组对比普通健康儿童组的CD4^+T淋巴细胞比率、CD4/CD8淋巴细胞比例下降;而水痘突破性病例患儿与普通水痘患儿比较,CD4^+T淋巴细胞比率、CD8^+T淋巴细胞比率、CD4/CD8淋巴细胞比例差异均存在统计学意义。结论水痘患儿的细胞免疫存在异常,且可能造成疫苗接种后的水痘再发生。

Objective To explore the difference of T lymphocyte subtypes in children with varicella and healthy children,to explore the difference of T lymphocyte subtypes in children with varicella and varicella breakthrough cases.To investigate the changes of cellular immune status in children with varicella.Methods Venous blood collected from children with varicella and healthy children.The children were divided into common varicella group,breakthrough varicella group and healthy children group.The T lymphocyte subtypes were detected,and the data of three groups were compared and analyzed.Results The ratio of CD4^＋ T lymphocyte and CD4/CD8 lymphocyte in children with normal varicella group and varicella breakthrough group was significantly lower than that in healthy children group.Compared with the common varicella group,the ratio of CD4^＋ T lymphocyte,CD8^＋ T lymphocyte and CD4/CD8 lymphocyte were different in the children of breakthrough varicella group.Conclusion There is an abnormal cellular immune response in children with varicella,which may lead to the the development of breakthrough varicella cases.
