Adverse Drug Reactions of Glycyrrhizic Acid Drugs

目的研究分析甘草酸类药物的不良反应情况。方法将使用不同甘草酸类药物进行治疗出现不良反应的104例患者为研究对象,将出现的不良反应进行相关因素分析。结果肝炎患者、湿疹患者、皮肤炎患者出现的不良反应较高;皮肤瘙痒、低钾血症、恶心呕吐症状较高。结论在临床用药时尤其是对肝炎患者应高度注意,以降低低钾血症的发生。

Objective To study the adverse drug reactions of glycyrrhizic acid.Methods 104 patients with adverse drug reactions were treated with different glycyrrhizic acid as the research object.Results Higher adverse reactions in patients with hepatitis,eczema,dermatitis patients appear;skin itching,hypokalemia,nausea and vomiting were higher.Conclusion In clinic,especially should attach attention to the hepatitis patients,to reduce the incidence of hypokalemia.
