从生化指标角度评价毛花苷丙联合呋塞米治疗肺心病合并心衰的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Deslanoside Injection Combined With Cefuroxime Sammy in the Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease Complicated With Heart Failure From Biochemical Index

目的探讨毛花苷丙(西地兰)联合呋塞米(速尿)治疗肺心病合并心衰的临床效果以及生化指标改善情况。方法将2015年1—12月在我院住院治疗的118例肺心病合并心衰患者按照随机法分为单用组(59例)和联合组(59例),并比较两组患者治疗有效率和PaO_2、PaCO_2和SaO_2等生化指标。结果联合组患者临床治疗总有效率优于单用组,两者间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者PaO_2、PaCO_2和PaO_2等生化指标优于单用组,两者间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论速尿联合西地兰对肺心病合并心衰患者具有较高的临床效果,且能改善患者PaO_2、PaCO_2和SaO_2等生化指标。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of deslanoside injection（cedilanid） combined with cefuroxime sammy（furosemide） in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure and the improvement of biochemical indexes.Methods 118 patients with pulmonary heart disease and heart failure who were hospitalized in our hospital from January to December 2015,divided into single group（59 cases） and combined group（59 cases） according to the random method,and compared the two groups efficiency and PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 and other biochemical indicators.Results The total effective rate of combination group was significantly better than that in single use group（P〈0.05）,the PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 of in combination group was significantly better than that in single use group,was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Furosemide combined with cedilanid on pulmonary heart disease patients with heart failure has a high clinical effect,and can significantly improve patients PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 and other biochemical indicators.
