依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果观察

Observe the Clinical Effect of Edaravone Combined With Sodium Ozagrel in Treatment of Progressive Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨进展性缺血性脑卒中使用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗的临床效果。方法分析研究我院200例进展性缺血性脑卒中患者。将患者分成A、B两组,A组使用奥扎格雷钠治疗,B组使用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗。对两组的治疗前后NIHSS评分、Barthel指数进行对比。结果 A组的临床治疗有效率是72%,B组的治疗有效率是90%,两组结果差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论进展性缺血性脑卒中使用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗具有比较好的效果,经过治疗后,患者的神经功能以及生活能力得到比较大的改善。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke using.Methods 200 patients with progressive ischemic stroke in our hospital were analyzed.The patients were divided into A and B group,A group were treated with ozagrel sodium treatment,B group was treated with edaravone combined with sodium ozagrel treatment.The NIHSS score and Barthel index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of A group was 72%,the effective rate of B group was 90%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect in ischemic stroke using edaravone combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of protrusion of the nerve function and daily life ability has been greatly improved.
