兰索拉唑联合抗生素治疗酒精性消化溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Lansoprazole Combined With Antibiotics in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer With Alcohol

目的探讨兰索拉唑联合抗生素治疗酒精性消化溃疡的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的酒精性消化溃疡患者69例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组34例给予奥美拉唑联合抗生素治疗,观察组35例给予兰索拉唑联合抗生素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组和观察组治疗有效率分别为76.5%和94.3%,复发率分别为23.5%和2.9%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酒精性消化溃疡采用兰索拉唑联合抗生素治疗效果显著,复发率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lansoprazole combined with antibiotics in the treatment of peptic ulcer with alcohol.Methods 69 patients with alcoholic peptic ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34 cases in control group were given omeprazole combined with antibiotic treatment,35 cases in observation group were given ribavirin combined with antibiotic treatment.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 76.5% and 94.3%,and the recurrence rate was 23.5% and 2.9%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Alcoholic peptic ulcer with lansoprazole and antibiotic treatment effect,low recurrence rate.
