胺碘酮应用于急诊冠心病快速心律失常患者治疗中的疗效观察

目的分析胺碘酮用于急诊冠心病快速心律失常患者治疗中的效果。方法将急诊冠心病快速心律失常患者68例分为两组,各34例,对照组给予普罗帕酮治疗,观察组给予胺碘酮治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.1%,高于对照组的70.6%,治疗后心率、Q-T间期、P-R间期均优于对照组,不良反应发生率5.9%,低于对照组的23.5%(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮对急诊冠心病快速心律失常患者有应用价值。

Objective To analysis the effect of amiodarone in treatment of patients with emergency coronary heart disease.Methods 68 patients with emergency coronary heart disease arrhythmia patients,were divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group,the control group was given propafenone treatment,the observation group was treated with amiodarone treatment,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The efficiency of 94.1% in observation group was significantly higher than the control group 70.6% after treatment,heart rate,Q-T interval,P-R interval were better than the control group,the adverse reaction rate of 5.9%,was significantly lower than the control group 23.5%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amiodarone has significant application value in emergency patients with emergency coronary heart disease arrhythmia.
