浮针围刺结合夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Floating Needle With Surrounding Needling and Jiaji Points for Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的观察浮针围刺结合夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效。方法随机将80例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分为治疗组与观察组,每组40例。治疗组选用浮针围刺结合针刺夹脊穴,对照组单纯采用毫针围刺法。治疗2个疗程,观察其止痛时间、止疱时间和结痂时间,并比较治疗前后VAS评分以及临床有效率。结果两组总有效率分别为:治疗组97.50%,对照组85.00%,P<0.05。结论通过临床观察,浮针围刺结合针刺夹脊穴疗法和单纯针灸围刺组疗法对本病均有良好临床疗效,但浮针围刺结合针刺夹脊穴疗法在综合疗效方面优于单纯针灸围刺组疗法。

Objective To observe the curative effect of floating needle with surrounding needling and jiaji points for treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 80 patients were divided into treatment group and observation group,each group of 40 cases.The treatment group used floating needle surround needling combined with jiaji points,control group was treated with haozhen surrounding needling,2 course of treatment,to observe the analgesic time and the time for blisters and scabs,and compared before and after treatment VAS score and clinical efficiency.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.50%,control group was 85.00%,P〈0.05.Conclusion Through clinical observation,floating needle surround needling combined with acupuncture jiaji therapy and acupuncture therapy on the surrounding needling group had good clinical curative effect,but the floating around needle acupuncture combined with acupuncture jiaji therapy in the comprehensive curative effect is better than simple acupuncture therapy group.
