康复针灸治疗脑卒中患者抑郁情绪的临床研究

The Study of Rehabilitation Acupuncture in the Treatment of Depression in Patients With Cerebral Apoplexy

目的研究康复针灸治疗脑卒中患者抑郁情绪的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年11月脑卒中患者76例,将其随机分两组,分别为常规组和针灸组。比较干预效果。结果针灸组患者脑卒中治疗总有效率高于常规组,P<0.05;针灸组康复治疗时间短于常规组,P<0.05;治疗后针灸组老年抑郁量表评分、改良BI指数、FMA运动功能评分改善幅度更大,P<0.05。结论康复针灸治疗脑卒中患者抑郁情绪的临床效果确切。

Objective To study the clinical effect of rehabilitation acupuncture in the treatment of depression in patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods 76 patients with stroke from January 2015 to Novernber 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.Comparative intervention effect.Results The acupuncture group of stroke patients with the total efficiency of treatment was higher than that of regular group,P〈0.05;rehabilitation time is shorter than the regular group,P〈0.05;after treatment,the acupuncture group of geriatric depression scale FMA motor function score and modified BI index score,improved more significantly,P〈0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on stroke patients with depression is exact.
