摘要
目的探讨Sysmex UF-1000全自动尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜检2种方法检侧尿液中管型的差异性。方法以Sysmex UF-1000全自动尿沉渣分析仪对2015年1月—2016年1月的180份尿液标本进行尿沉渣分析,同时用显微镜镜检每一份尿液标本,对检侧结果进行统计分析,探讨Sysmex UF-1000全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿液中管型的符合率、灵敏度和特异性。结果 180份尿液标本中,Sysmex UF-1000全自动尿沉渣分析仪检出阳性91例,显微镜镜检阳性50例,Sysmex UF-1000全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测管型的假阳性率为39.2%,假阴性率为20.0%,灵敏度为80.0%,特异性为60.8%。结论 Sysmex UF-1000全自动尿沉渣分析仪测定管型结果存在一定的误差,因此仅可作为尿液管型的筛查手段,遇阳性结果时再用显微镜进行复核。
Objective To discuss the difference of examining the urine casts between sysmex UF-1000 automatic urine sediment appearance and microscope examination.Methods Sysmex UF-1000 automatic urine sediment appearance and microscope examination were used to examine the casts in 180 morning urine samples randomly collected in patients from January 2015 to January 2016.The results were compared and the sensitivity and specificity of sysmex UF-1000 automatic urine sediment appearance were explored.ResultsIn 180 morning urine samples,91 were positive by sysmex UF-1000 automatic urine sediment appearance and 50 were positive by microscope examination.For the results with sysmex UF-1000 automatic urine sediment appearance,the false positive rate was 39.2%,the false-negative rate was 20.0%,the sensitivity was 80.0% and the specificity was 60.8%.Conclusion Some certain errors exist for sysmex UF-1000 automatic urine sediment appearance,so it can be a screening tool.
