摘要
目的探讨分析常用临床生物化学检验中各个项目所受部分药物的影响。方法选取2016年1—6月我院单独应用利福平药物和肾上腺素类药物25例志愿者,实施临床生物化学各个项目的检验,对各个项目的影响进行详细的分析。结果肾上腺素的浓度与各检验项目中,FMN、HDL-C、TG成线性关系,Cr成对数关系,DBIL和TCH成函数关系,所以FMN为正干扰,其他为负干扰,FMN、HDL-C、TG、Cr、DBIL、TCH各组之间干扰率差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。利福平的浓度在各检验项目中,与FMN、Cr、DBIL、TBIL均为线性关系,其中Cr为负干扰,其他为正干扰。同时经表2分析可知,当研究对象利福平的浓度为0.9%时,对整个生化检验均产生影响;当研究对象利福平的浓度为1.75%时,对FMN、TBIL检测受到影响。FMN、Cr、DBIL、TBIL各组之间干扰率差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在对患者进行临床生物化学检验中,医务人员要充分的了解患者的病情、病况以及应用的药物的种类、剂量、用药时间等可能对检验结果产生影响的因素,对提高检验结果的准确性、减低临床诊断中发生的错误、避免加重病情和延误治疗后引发的严重后果的意义重大。
Objective To study the influence of some drugs in common clinical biochemistry test.Methods 25 volunteers with rifampicin and adrenaline were selected in our hospital from January to June 2016,and the clinical biochemistry of all patients was tested,the impact of each project was analyzed in detail.Results The concentration of epinephrine and the test project,FMN,HDL-C,TG Cr,a linear relationship between the logarithmic relation and DBIL and TCH function,so FMN is interference,other negative interference,FMN,HDL-C,TG,Cr,DBIL,TCH between the groups interference rate differences,P〈0.05.The concentration of rifampicin and the test items,and FMN,Cr,DBIL,TBIL was linear,Cr negative interference,other positive interference.At the same time the table 2 shows that when the concentration of rifampicin for 0.9%,all have effect on the biochemical test;when the concentration of the research object of rifampicin was 1.75%,FMN,TBIL detection affected.FMN,Cr,DBIL,TBIL between the groups interference rate differences,P〈0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion In the clinical biochemistry test of patients,medical staff should fully understand the patients condition,patient's condition and the kinds,doses,drug time and other factors may affect the test results,to improve the accuracy of test results,reduce the errors in clinical diagnosis,and to avoid aggravating the serious consequences.
