浅析彩超在妊娠晚期胎儿脐带绕颈宫内松解方法中的应用

Discuss the Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Late Pregnancy Fetal Umbilical Cord Around the Neck of the Palace Inside the Solution Method

目的对彩超对妊娠晚期胎儿脐带绕颈宫内松解治疗方式的临床效果进行研究分析。方法我院选取了300例妊娠晚期脐带绕颈孕妇进行研究分析,对患者进行观察,分成对照组和实验组,实验组使用彩超干扰治疗,对照组不进行干扰措施,对两组孕妇睡姿进行调整,改变胎儿的母体体位,实现宫内松解。结果经过研究分析,对照组孕妇的绕颈脐带宫内松解率是47.33%,实验组的绕颈脐带宫内松解率是90.67%,实验组的治疗效果比对照组优秀,结果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期胎儿脐带绕颈宫内松解可以使用彩超干预,对绕颈脐带宫内松解具有非常大的帮助,松解率高。

Objective To analysis clinical effect of color doppler ultrasound in late pregnancy fetal umbilical cord around the neck inside the palace of solution treatment.Methods 300 cases of late pregnancy umbilical cord around the neck of the pregnant women in our hospital,were divided into control group and experimental group,experimental group using color doppler interference treatment,control group without interference measures,two groups of pregnant women sleeping in maternal fetal postural adjustment,change the implementation of intrauterine release.Results Through research and analysis,the control group of pregnant women of umbilical cord around the neck of intrauterine release rate was 47.33%,the experimental group of umbilical cord around the neck of intrauterine release rate was 90.67%,the efficacy of the test group than the control group,there was a significant difference between the results of（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The solution of fetal umbilical cord around the neck inside the house in late pregnancy can use ultrasound intervention for very large umbilical cord around the neck of intrauterine release has help,release rate.
