摘要
目的探讨心理护理在妇科住院患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1—10月我院收治的妇科住院患者90例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组患者实施常规护理,与此同时,对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理。结果观察组患者护理有效率高于对照组患者,护理纠纷发生率、投诉率低于对照组患者,住院时间、恢复时间短于对照组患者,住院费用少于对照组患者。结论心理护理在妇科住院患者临床护理中应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in clinical nursing of gynecological hospitalized patients.Methods 90 cases of gynecological hospitalized patients in our hospital from January to October 2016 were randomly divided into two groups（n =45）,observation group and control group,observation group of patients were treated with routine care,at the same time,the control group of patients with routine care and psychological care.ResultsThe effective rate of nursing care was higher in the observation group than that in the control group.The incidence of nursing disputes and the complaint rate were lower than those of the control group.The hospitalization time and recovery time were shorter than those in the control group.The hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Psychological nursing is effective in the clinical nursing of gynecological inpatients.
