重症肺炎合并心衰患者护理分析

Nursing Care of Patients With Severe Pneumonia Complicated With Heart Failure

目的探讨重症肺炎合并心衰患者的护理措施及效果。方法选择我院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的42例重症肺炎合并心衰患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各21例。结果观察组的护理总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的76.19%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的66.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症肺炎合并心衰患者实施优质护理,效果显著。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods 42 cases of severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n =21）.Results The observation group nursing total effective rate was 95.24%,higher than 76.19% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）;nursing satisfaction of observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than the control group 66.67 %,there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing care for patients with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure is effective.
