摘要
目的探讨优质护理在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者中的应用价值。方法选择急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者100例,使用随机、均等的方法将患者分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,对比两组患者的护理结局。结果观察组患者的卧床时间、住院时间和并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者中应用优质护理可减少患者的并发症发生率,缩短患者的住院时间。
Objective To explore the value of high quality nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were treated with high quality nursing and the patients in the two groups ending.Results The time of bed stay,hospital stay and complication rate of observation group were lower than that of control group,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure can reduce the complications of patients and shorten the hospital stay.
