急诊危重患者抢救中应用全程护理服务的效果探析

The Effect Discuss of the Whole Course Nursing Service in the Emergency Treatment of Critically Ill Patients

目的探讨对急诊危重患者行全程护理干预的临床效果。方法将2015年3月—2016年3月我院收治的196例急诊危重患者作为研究对象,根据抛硬币法进行分组,正面为对照组,反面为实验组,各98例。对照组采取常规护理干预,实验组则行全程护理干预,观察并比较两组的护理满意度和抢救成功率。结果实验组抢救成功率和满意度分别为94例(95.92%)、96例(97.96%)高于对照组82例(83.67%)、86例(87.76%)。差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对急诊危重患者在抢救过程中行全程护理干预,能够提高抢救成功率的同时,改善患者的满意程度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the whole course nursing intervention for critical patients in emergency department.Methods 196 cases of critically ill patients admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were treated as the research object,according to the coin toss method,the positive control group,the opposite for the experimental group,the 98 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,the experimental group was given full nursing intervention,and the nursing satisfaction rate and the success rate of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The success rate and satisfaction of the experimental group was 94 cases（95.92%）,96 cases（97.96%）was significantly higher than the control group 82 cases（83.67%）,86 cases（87.76%）.there was statistical significance,P〈0.05.Conclusion The whole course nursing intervention can improve the success rate of emergency treatment,and improve the satisfaction degree of the patients in emergency department.
