探讨手术室护理管理在控制医院感染中的作用

Explore the Role of Nursing Care Management in the Control of Nosocomial Infection

目的分析研究手术室护理管理在控制医院感染中的作用。方法选取2015年3月-2016年5月在我院进行手术的患者共有7 846例,根据不同手术室管理模式分为实验组、对照组,对照组实施传统护理管理方法,实验组实施加强手术室护理管理方法,对两组患者的感染率给予对比。结果实验组患者的感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增强手术室护理管理能够有效控制医院内部感染,使患者围术期感染的发生率降低,使手术室护理质量提高。

Objective To study the effect of nursing management in operating room on controlling nosocomial infection.Methods7 846 patients who underwent operation in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were divided into experimental group and control group with different operating room management mode,control group according to the Traditional nursing management method,the experimental group was strengthened operation room nursing management methods,the two groups of patients to compare the infection rate.Results The incidence of infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The enhancement of the nursing management in the operating room can effectively control the infection of the hospital.The probability of infection in the perioperative period of the patients is obviously reduced,and the nursing quality of the operating room is obviously improved.
