在腹腔镜手术实践过程中,我们逐步建立了普通外科腹腔镜手术关键视图引导的标准路径培养体系。将临床开展成熟的普通外科腹腔镜手术培训内容路径化、标准化,分解成3个教学阶段多个标准化教学模块,每一个教学模块突出应用关键视图明确制定学习内容与目标并使用相应的学习、训练方法并配套全程安全责任管理制度。在培养普通外科腹腔镜手术进修、规培医师应用中效果显著,同现行临床路径管理制度、国家分级医疗制度结合更有利于从制度层面保障医疗安全、有助医改目标的落实。

During laparoscopic surgery practice, gradually we use critical view to guide the standard path of laparoscopic surgery. This laparoscopic surgery training content path, standardization, broken down into three stages of teaching and more standardized teaching modules, each teaching module application critical view make learning, training, security by this security management system. Application effect of laparoscopic surgery doctors is remarkable. With the current clinical path management operation system and grade of national medical system combining, the advantageous from the system level, help to protect the safety of medical treatment reform target.
