微信平台在住院医师PBL教学中的应用

PBL教学模式目前被广大医学院校采用,临床住院医师带教中也尝试使用PBL模式以培养学生自主学习能力,以利于终身学习。然而因师资力量不足、教学资源缺乏、思想观念陈旧、工教矛盾突出等原因,使PBL教学在临床住院医师带教中实施受限。微信平台具有操作简单便捷、交流形式多样、传递及时精准、教学资源丰富等特点,可以很好的应用于PBL教学。本文阐明了微信平台在PBL教学中的优势及利用微信平台开展PBL教学的实施步骤,以培养住院医师的学习能力。

PBL teaching model is currently being used by the majority of medical colleges. It is also used in clinical teaching to cultivate students＇ autonomous learning ability, and facilitate lifelong learning. However, due to the lack of teachers and teaching resources, PBL teaching is limited in clinical practice. We Chat platform has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, timely transmission, and abundant teaching resources. This paper illustrates the advantages of We Chat platform in PBL teaching and the steps of PBL teaching when using We Chat platform, in order to cultivate life-long learning ability of residents.
