摘要 通过分析目前我国本科生《临床肿瘤学》教学内容、教学方式,考核模式的现状及存在的亟待解决的问题,了解现代PBL教学(Problem Based Learning,PBL)体系的特点与优势,以及在临床课程中开展教学整合课程的可行性和必要性,探讨在《临床肿瘤学》教学中开展PBL课程整合的具体意义和实施方法,并对在《临床肿瘤学》PBL课程整合提出了一些建设性方法和实施注意事项。 Analysis of the current undergraduates in our country 《Clinical Oncology》 teaching contents, teaching methods, assessment mode of the present situation and existing problems to be solved.It introduced modern PBL teaching (Problem -based Learning, PBL, Based on the Problem of Learning) system of the characteristics and advantages, and in the clinical course of the feasibility and necessity of the integration of teaching course,Discussed in the journal of clinical oncology teaching specific meaning of developing PBL curriculum integration and implementation method, And in the journal of clinical oncology PBL curriculum integration and puts forward some constructive methods and matters needing attention.
