摘要 目的分析与研究PBL教学法在神经内科临床护理中的运用意义。方法抽取护理系3年级实习学生80例至医院神经内科实习,随机将80例实习学生分成对照组与观察组各40例,分别接受传统带教教学与PBL教学法为观察组,比较两组学生的考试成绩和对教学方法支持程度。结果观察组考试理论成绩高于对照组,两组学生考试成绩对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组考试实际操作成绩高于对照组,两组实际操作成绩对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对教学方法支持率更高,两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法应用于神经内科临床护理中效果较好,可提高学生的学生成绩、教学质量和学生对教学方法的支持率,使之更好的接受知识。 Objective To analyze and study the significance of PBL teaching in the clinical nursing of neurology. Methods 80 internship students were enrolled in the Department of Nursing, and 80 internship students were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Forty patients were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional teaching group and the PBL teaching group. The student's test scores and the degree of support for teaching methods. Results The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). The actual performance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. (P〈0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups in the observation group (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method is effective in the clinical nursing of neurology. It can improve students 'student achievement, teaching quality and students' support rate to teaching methods, so that they can better accept the knowledge.
