临床医学生医院感染预防与控制相关知识调查研究

Investigation and Research of the Hospital Infection Prevention and Control by Clinical Medical Students

目的探究临床医学生医院感染防控的长效机制。方法回顾性调查2007-2008年毕业生及2012-2013年来院实习学生总计500名在校期间医院感染预防与控制相关知识知晓率。结果临床医学生在校均未开展医院感染预防与控制课程,医院感染诊断标准、重点部位医院感染预防与控制技术指南、医院隔离技术规范、手卫生规范开设知晓率分别为38.6%、22.9%、27.6%、43.4%。结论临床医学生医院感染预防与控制知晓率偏低,加强医院感染相关教学是促进我国医疗事业发展所进行的一项长效医学教学机制。

Objective To explore the clinical medical specialty courses in hospital infection prevention and control of vertical meaning of practice teaching. Methods Retrospective investigation of 2007 to 2008 graduates and 2012 to 2013 hospital internship students, 500 during the period of school coarses in hospital infection control and prevention, and the intensive medicine clinical medical students was entilator-associated pneumonia prevention prevention and control technical regulations, carry out the practice teaching. Results Clinical medical students in the school failed to carry out the hospital infection prevention and control course,Diagnostic criteria for key parts, the hospital of hospital infection, hospital infection prevention and control technology guide isolation technique, hand hygiene open awareness were 38.6%, 22.9%, 27.6% and 43.4% . Conclusion Clinical medicine specialty courses in hospital infection prevention and control of vertical practice teaching is to improve the medical career development of a long-term mechanism of medical teaching.
