医患沟通中的“留白”艺术

留白一词指书画艺术创作中为使整个作品画面、章法更为协调精美而有意留下相应的空白,留有想像的空间。在话剧表演中,留白也表示为话剧演员在完成一段台词后,会停顿片刻以便于观众更好的理解。留白作为一种艺术手段,其微妙的艺术思想也可应用在医患沟通领域,通过沟通中的"留白",可增强沟通的效果。本文从医患沟通内容、沟通方式等角度深入分析了医患沟通中存在的问题,并利用艺术上的"留白"思维增强医患沟通效果,提出"为患者留出思考空间""为病情留出希望空间""为治疗留出意外空间"等概念,将留白艺术思想充分应用于医患沟通的整个过程,进而通过跨界思维提升医患关系,增强患者在医疗过程中的积极情绪,并令患者理性看待个人疾病和医疗服务。
