摘要
目的对比两种方法检测肺炎支原体的应用价值。方法随机选取所在医院2016年4-10月96例肺炎支原体感染患儿,对其临床就诊资料进行回顾性分析,所有患儿均分别接受酶联免疫检测(ELISA)和被动凝集法(PPA),对2种方法 MP-Ig M阳性检出情况进行比较。结果 ELISA法MP-Ig M阳性检出率为34.37%,PPA法MP-Ig M阳性检出率为35.42%,2种检测方法阳性检出率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论两种方法检验肺炎支原体,均有一定临床使用价值,探索联合检验,可提高肺炎支原体感染早期检出率。
Objective Comparison of two methods for detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae. Methods Randomly selected from April to October 2016 in our hospital, 96 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, the hospital clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, all children receive enzyme-linked immune detection (ELISA) and passive hemagglutination (PPA), detection method of two kinds of MP- Ig M was compared. Results ELISA method of MP - IgM positive detection rate of 34.37%, PPA method MP-Ig M positive detection rate was 35.42%, two kinds of positive rate detection method was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion Two tests of mycoplasma pneumonia, all have certain clinical use value, explore the joint inspection, mycoplasma pneumoniae infection early detection rate can be improved.
