经颅多普勒超声(TCD)对椎-基底动脉供血不足的诊断价值探讨

To Explore the Value of Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography(TCD)in Diagnosis of vertebral Basilar Artery Blood Supply Deficiency

目的研究在诊断椎-基底动脉供血不足中采取经颅多普勒超声检查的临床效果。方法选取我院近年收治的120例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者作为本次研究的病例组,并且选取同时收治的60例健康体检人群作为正常组,所有检查人群均予以经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查,检测椎动脉、基底动脉的频谱形态以及血流速度,对比分析正常人群以及患病人群的组间的差异。结果高速血流病例基底动脉(BA)(95.68±4.58)cm/s、椎动脉(VA)(71.38±4.68)cm/s,低速血流病例基底动脉(BA)(40.28±4.11)cm/s、椎动脉(VA)(31.25±4.12)cm/s等指标对比正常组基底动脉(BA)(60.25±4.11)cm/s、椎动脉(VA)(46.35±3.58)cm/s,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在诊断椎-基底动脉供血不足中应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查具有显著效果,且具有重复性好、无创伤等优势。

Objective To study the diagnosis of vertebral - basilar artery blood supply deficiency in take the clinical effect of transcranial doppler ultrasound examination. Methods 120 patients admitted in our hospital in recent years in patients with vertebral basilar artery blood supply deficiency as the study case group, and the selection of 60 patients admitted in the healthy check-up crowd as normal group, all check the crowd by transcranial doppler ultrasonography （TCD） examination, testing the frequency spectrum of the vertebral artery and basilar artery morphology and blood flow velocity, the contrast analysis of the general population and population data differences between groups. Results The blood flow cases basilar artery （BA） （95.68±4.58） cm/s, vertebral artery （VA） （71.38±4.68） cm/s, slow blood flow cases of basilar artery （BA） （40.28±4.11） cm/s, vertebral artery （VA） （31.25±4.12） cm/s, and other indicators compared to normal group of basilar artery （BA） （60.25±4.11） cm/s, vertebral artery （VA） （46.35±3.58） cm/s, and significant difference （P〈0.05）, the statistical meaning of existence. Conclusion In the diagnosis of vertebral - basilar artery blood supply deficiency in the application of transcranial doppler ultrasonography （TCD） examination has significant effect.
