两种麻醉方式对老年高血压手术患者麻醉影响效果分析

Effect of Two Kinds of Anesthesia on Anesthesia in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的比较两种麻醉方式对老年高血压患者的麻醉影响及麻醉效果。方法选择老年高血压手术患者136例,随机分为联合组和全麻组,每组68例,联合组采用全麻联合硬膜外麻醉,全麻组采用全麻,比较两组血流动力学指标变化以及麻醉药物的使用情况。结果与全麻组比较,联合组在T1、T2时SBP、DBP以及HR降低(P<0.05);联合组T1、T2的SBP、DBP以及HR与T0比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组麻醉药物的使用剂量低于全麻组(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压患者手术时应用全麻联合硬膜外麻醉,对患者的血流动力学影响较小,麻醉药物使用剂量较小。

Objective To compare the anesthetic effects and anesthetic effects of two anesthesia methods on elderly hypertensive patients. Methads 136 cases of elderly hypertensive patients, were randomly divided into combined group and general anesthesia group, 68 cases in each group, the combination group received general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia, general anesthesia group with general anesthesia, hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups and the use of narcotic drugs. Results Compared with general anesthesia group, combination group in T1, T2 SBP, DBP and HR were lower （P〈0.05）; compared with the group T1, T2 SBP, DBP, HR and To, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）; combined anesthesia dosage was lower than the general anesthesia group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly hypertensive patients has little effect on hemodynamics, and the dosage of anesthetic drugs is small.
