CD56在急性白血病中的表达情况分析及意义

The Expression and Significance of CD56 in Acute Leukemia

目的以76例急性白血病患者作为研究对象,探究CD56阳性在急性髓系白血病(AML)患者以及急性淋系白血病(ALL)患者中的表达情况及其表达意义。方法本研究选取2014年1月-2016年10月进行治疗的76例急性白血病患者作为研究对象,对所有受试患者的CD56表达情况进行检测,其检测方式采用流式细胞术(FCM),分析CD56阳性在急性髓系白血病(AML)患者以及急性淋系白血病(ALL)患者中的表达情况及其表达意义。结果 76例急性白血病患者中56例患者为AML患者,20例为ALL患者。在AML患者中CD56的表达率为32.1%(18/56),在ALL患者中CD56的表达率为30.0%(6/20)。与CD56阴性患者相比,CD33在CD56阳性AML患者中的表达率上升,而在CD56阳性ALL患者中CD7的表达率上升,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 CD56的表达可为急性白血病患者的临床诊断以及患者的预后分析提供一定的临床指导性意见。
