摘要
目的观察使用加味香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床价值。方法将我院2015年10月-2016年10月收治的78例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为两组,使用常规西医治疗的39例为对照组,另使用加味香砂六君子汤治疗的39例为观察组,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗以后的中医证候积分下降程度、总有效率优于对照组,P<0.05。结论使用加味香砂六君子汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果显著。
Objective To observe the clinical value of using the modified xiangsha six gentleman decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 78 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016, which were divided into two groups, the use of conventional western medicine treatment of 39 cases as control group, using the modified Xiangsha Six Gentlemen Decoction treatment 39 cases of the observation group, compared two groups of treatment. Results the observation of TCM syndrome score after treatment group decreased, the total efficiency is better than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The use of the modified xiangsha six gentlemen decoction in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis clinical effect is remarkable.
