健脾清胃汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Jianpi Qingwei Decoction in the Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的探讨健脾清胃汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法收集我院复发性口腔溃疡的患者,分为研究组(治疗方案为健脾清胃汤治疗)和对照组(治疗方案为西地碘含片治疗)。对比两组复发性口腔溃疡治疗疗效、治疗前后中医症状评分、治疗后6月口腔溃疡复发率。结果研究组和对照组复发性口腔溃疡治疗疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后中医症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾清胃汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效肯定,能减少疾病的复发。

Objective To study of the clinical efficacy ofjianpi qingwei decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods In our hospital from recurrent oral ulcer were divided into study group （treatment of qingwei decoction in the treatment of the spleen） and control group （treatment for the treatment of cydiodine buccal tablets）. The curative effect of two groups of patients with recurrent oral ulcer, the symptom score before and after treatment, and the recurrence rate of oral ulcer after treatment in June were compared. The results of the study group and the control group curative effect in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; TCM symptom scores were compared between two groups before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）; comparison of TCM symptom score after treatment in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi qingwei decoction is effective in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and can reduce the recurrence of the disease.
