Clinical Nursing of Mechanical Ventilation Patients Weaning From Ventilator

目的探讨机械通气患者撤离呼吸机的临床护理。方法选取我院机械通气者120例患者,收治时间2015年6月-2016年8月,对患者实施对应的护理后,分析临床护理效果。结果 120例机械通气患者,撤机成功率高达96.7%;出现2例脑出血死亡患者,1例慢性阻塞性肺气急性期患者在撤机后再次予以机械通气治疗。结论机械通气患者撤离呼吸机时行日常护理,对机械通气患者撤离呼吸机时实施心理和生理上的护理,可实现自主呼吸功能,提高患者撤机的安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing of patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods 120 cases of mechanical ventilation in our hospital were selected. The patients were admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to August 2016. After the corresponding nursing care, the clinical nursing effect was analyzed. Results 120 cases of patients with mechanical ventilation, weaning success rate of 96.7%; 2 cases died of cerebral hemorrhage patients, 1 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute stage patients treated with mechanical ventilation in weaning after treatment again. Conclusion The ventilator was evacuated daily nursing of patients with mechanical ventilation, on the physical and psychological nursing of patients with mechanical ventilation weaning, can realize respiratory function independently, improve the safety of weaning patients, so the nursing method is worth popularizing in clinical.
