摘要
目的分析心脏瓣膜病合并冠心病同期手术后监护室护理的经验。方法选择我院2014年3月-2016年4月收治的心脏瓣膜病合并冠心病患者40例,均选择体外循环下行冠脉旁路移植术联合瓣膜置换术治疗,对术后监护室护理经验进行总结。结果 40例患者均顺利完成手术,经科学和合理的护理干预,36例患者痊愈出院;4例患者死亡。结论加强心脏瓣膜病合并冠心病同期手术后监护室护理,能让手术治疗效果提高,让并发症发生率降低,促进患者疾病康复。
Objective To analyze the heart valve disease combined coronary heart disease in the same period after surgery care nursing experience. Methods From March 2014 to April 2016, 40 patients with heart valve disease combined coronary heart disease, all choose under extracorporeal circulation of coronary artery bypass grafting with valve replacement therapy, to summarize postoperative nursing care experience.Results 40 patients were successfully completed surgery, scientifically and reasonable nursing intervention, 36 patients recovered discharge; 4 patients died. Conclusion Strengthen the heart valve disease combined coronary heart disease in the same period after surgery nursing care, can increase of the surgical treatment effect, to reduce the incidence of complications, promoting disease rehabilitation patients.
