心理护理联合生物反馈在焦虑症患者康复过程中的应用

Application of Psychological Nursing Combined With Biofeedback in Patients With Anxiety Disorder

目的探究与分析心理护理联合生物反馈在焦虑症患者康复过程中的应用。方法选取我院收治的90例焦虑症患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组仅给予心理护理,观察组在其基础上加用生物反馈治疗,对比两组治疗前后汉密顿焦虑量表评分。结果两组治疗前相比HAMA评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组治疗后与治疗前相比HAMA评分均降低,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比HAMA评分更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合生物反馈治疗焦虑症的效果更加显著,能够降低焦虑评分。

Objective To explore and analyze the psychological nursing combined application of biofeedback in patients with anxiety disorder rehabilitation process. Methods In our hospital 90 cases of patients with anxiety disorder, by random number table method were divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group, control group only given psychological care, observation group based on the combined with biofeedback treatment, compared two groups of Hamilton anxiety rating scale before and after treatment. Results Compared the two groups before treatment HAMA scale has no obvious difference （P〉0.05）. two groups after treatment compared with before treatment HAMA scores were lower, the observation group after treatment compared with the control group after treatment HAMA scores were lower, statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing combined more significant effect of biofeedback in the treatment of anxiety disorders, can significantly reduce anxiety score.
