摘要
目的探究低体重早产儿实施抚触方案对骨代谢的影响情况。方法收集我院治疗的早产儿56名,抚触组在常规处理基础之上实施抚触干预措施,对照组实施常规治疗与护理。结果抚触组早产儿的血骨钙素,血骨碱性磷酸酶高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论低体重新生儿骨形成情况较差,通过对其早期抚触干预能够有效促进骨形成,对提升骨密度,提高骨强度有一定促进作用。
Objective To explore the implementation scheme of low birth weight infants massage effect on bone metabolism. Methods collect 56 preterm infants treated in our hospital, touching group in the conventional treatment on the basis of the implementation of touch intervention measures, control group received routine treatment and nursing. Results premature infant massage group of serum osteocalcin, serum bone alkaline phosphatase was higher than that of the control group, 1~〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conelusion Low birth weight newborn bone formation is poor, through to the early touch intervention can effectively promote bone formation, to enhance the bone density, bone strength be increased a certain role in promoting.
