聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-干酪素/天然胶乳改性膜的制备及性能

摘要 采用无皂乳液聚合法,将聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)与干酪素(CA)接枝共聚形成PMMACA乳液,并以乳液共混的方法用其改性天然胶乳(NRL)。结果表明,PMMA-CA乳液粒子呈核-壳结构,粒径分布较窄,平均粒径约为100 nm。当PMMA-CA乳液的质量分数为12%时,PMMA-CA/NRL改性膜表面平整光滑,孔洞完全消失;力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为30.47 MPa,与NRL膜相比扯断伸长率变化不大。PMMA-CA/NRL改性膜在非极性溶剂环己烷和石油醚中的耐溶剂性较NRL膜有大幅提高。 Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) -ca-sein (CA) emulsion was prepared by the graft copolymerization of PMMA and CA using surfactant- free emulsion polymerization. And the natural rubber latex (NRL) was modified with PMMA-CA using emulsion blend method. The results showed that the microstructure of PMMA-CA particles exhibited core- shell structure and narrow size distribution, the average particle size was 100 nm. When the mass fraction of PMMA-CA was 12%, the surface of PMMA-CA/NRL modified film was flat and smoothand the holes disappeared completely. And the me- chanical properties of the modified film was the best, the tensile strength was 30.47 MPa, and the elongation at break changed little compared to NRL film. The solvent resistance to nonpolar solvent cyclohexane and petroleum ether of PMMA-CA/NRL modified film improved markedly compared to NRL film.
