The author introduced end slope miner and end slope mining technology, and in order to solve the technological problem of end slope＇s economical and safe mining in China open-pit mine, Taiyuan Research Institute researched continuous miner open-pit end slope mining, analyzed development state and engineering application of continuous miner in domestic end slope min- ing, and elaborated prospect forecast of continuous miner in end slope mining.
