摘要
随着高校图书馆阅读推广实践工作的推进,高校图书馆阅读推广服务效果评价困难、缺乏长效机制等问题逐渐凸显。文章分析了推广馆员、推广对象和推广资源三大阅读推广要素中制约高校图书馆阅读推广良性发展的因素,从积分制管理的角度,对高校图书馆阅读推广体系的构建进行探索和设计,以期为高校图书馆阅读推广事业的开展及后续研究提供参考。
With the advancement of university library reading promotion practices, problems appears gradually, such as the difficulty of effect evaluation, lack of long-term mechanism, etc. This paper introduces the integration management to the construction of university library reading promotion system. It analyzes obstacles in the three main elements (promotion librarians, promotion objects and promotion resources ) of university library reading promotion practices, explores and designs a construction of university library reading promotion system from the perspective of the integration management, with the purpose to provide a reference for the follow-up studies and the development of university library reading promotion career.
