满铁资料整理利用的困境及其对策分析

Analysis of Difficulties and Countermeasures of Consolidation and Utilization of SMR Data

满铁(南满洲铁道株式会社)是日本以侵华为目的而设立的一个国策会社,是日本对中国进行政治、军事、经济、文化、社会、资源等方面进行情报搜集的一个特殊机关。文章在分析满铁资料的涵义及价值的基础上,指出其整理和利用方面的困境,提出从建立国家层面管理机构、引入互联网+思维、创新工作机制等三个方面进行突破。

SMR（South Manchuria Railway Company） is a Japanese company performing national policy for Japan＇s occupation of China. It is a special organ for intelligence gathering of Japan to Chinese policy, military, economic, cultural and social resources and other aspects. Based on the analysis of its meaning and value, this paper points out the problems in management and utilization, proposes to break through the establishment of national level management mechanism, the introduction of Internet plus thinking, the innovation of working mechanism.
