摘要
文章研究了不同激素处理对穗条成活率、生根率、侧根数量和侧根长度的影响。结果显示,油茶扦插中使用IAA、IBA和NAA生长激素处理穗条的扦插效果除了浓度为1200.0 mg/L的IAA处理外,其他处理均比对照好。其中浓度为100.0 mg/L的NAA处理生根效果较好,浓度100mg/L的IAA成活率最高,达到77.9%。
The influences of different hormone treatment on the survival rate, rooting rates, branch root number and length of the cuttings were researched. The results showed that the scions being soaked by IAA, IBA and NAA growth hormone were better than CK, except the IAA concentration as 1200.0 mg/. Among them the concentration of 100 NAA mg/L treatment rooting effect is beiter, and the survival rate with the concentration of IAA 100mg/L is the highest, up to 77.9%.
