摘要
文章以金昌市薰衣草花穗为试验材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油。试验采用单因素正交试验用水蒸气蒸馏法探讨了金昌薰衣草的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:料液比1∶12,浸泡时间2h,蒸馏时间1.5h,提取的薰衣草精油含量最高,其中薰衣草干花精油得率为5%,较国内其他地区精油含量高。
With Jinchang lavender flower as the experimental material, the lavender essential oil was extracted by steam distillation method. The optimum extraction condition was investigated both by orthogonal and single factors analysis experiments. The results showed that the maximum content could he gained with 12 times dilution, 2-hour soaking and 1.5-hour distillation, and the essential oil yield of dry flower was 5%, which is higher than that in other areas of China.
