尿道成形术治疗小儿尿道下裂的疗效分析

Effect analysis of urethroplasty on hypospadias in children

目的分析尿道成形术治疗小儿尿道下裂的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年6月至2015年5月收治的66例小儿尿道下裂患者为研究对象,所有患儿均接受尿道成形术进行治疗,对患儿临床资料进行分析,探讨手术效果。结果本组66例患儿中,治疗成功的患儿有62例,其中显效50例、有效12例、无效4例;无效的4例患儿发生尿瘘,症状改善不明显;对66例患儿进行6个月至1年半的随访,均未出现尿道壁皮脂储留或毛发生长的现象。结论尿道成形术治疗小儿尿道下裂临床效果好,方法简单,成功率高,且并发症少,具有较好的推广与应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of urethroplasty on hypospadias in children. Methods Sixty-six children with hypospadias admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to May 2015 were selected as study objects. All the children were treated with urethroplasty. The clinical data of the children were analyzed and the curative effect was analyzed. Results There were 62 children with successful treatment in these 66 cases. Among them, 50 cases were markedly effective, 12 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective which occurred invalid fistula, and the symptom improvement was not obvious. All the children were followed up for 6 months to 1 years and a half, there were no sebaceous gland retention or hair growth. Conclusion Urethroplasty is a simple and effective method for hypospadias in children. It has a high success rate and few complications. It has a good popularization and application value.
