双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of bifidobacterium triple viabletablets combined with montmorillonite powder on infantile diarrhea

目的探讨双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法选取2014年10月至2015年10月来我院治疗的小儿腹泻的患儿64例,随机分为试验组与对照组,各32例。对照组患儿单独行蒙脱石散口服治疗,试验组患儿行双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散进行治疗。对两组患儿的治疗效果,治疗前后体温、呕吐情况、腹痛情况等进行比较分析。结果治疗后,试验组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。试验组患儿各项临床指标恢复时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿腹泻患儿行双岐三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散进行治疗,治疗效果好,且患儿发生不良反应较少,安全性较高,值得临床应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bifidobacterium triple viabletablets combined with montmorillonite powder on infantile diarrhea. Methods Sixty-four cases of children with infantile diarrhea admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected, all the children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with montmorillonite, while the experimental group was given bifidobacterium triple viabletablets combined with montmorillonite. The clinical effect, temperature, vomiting and abdominal pain of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The clinical indexes recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than thoes of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viabletablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea has significant clinical effect, it has less adverse reactions and higher safety, which is worthy of application and popularization in clinic.
