益脾理肠汤治疗慢性结肠炎脾胃虚弱型的临床疗效

Clinical effect of Yipi Lichang decoction on chronic colitis with asthenia of the spleen and the stomach type

目的研究并探讨益脾理肠汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的100例脾胃虚弱型慢性结肠炎患者,按照随机分配原则分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予柳氮磺吡啶治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用益脾理肠汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床总有效率、腹痛消失时间、腹泻消失时间、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果观察组的临床总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组的腹痛消失时间、腹泻消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用益脾理肠汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性结肠炎具有显著的临床疗效,可有效缓解患者临床症状,减少复发,且不良反应较少。

Objective To study and explore the clinical effect of Yipi Lichang decoction on chronic colitis with asthenia of the spleen and the stomach type. Methods One hundred cases of chronic colitis with asthenia of the spleen and the stomach type patients admitted in our hospital were selected, all the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The Control group received sulfonyl pyridine willow nitrogen, while the observation group accepted Yipi Lichang decoction on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, disappearing time of abdominal pain and diarrhea, incidence rate of adverse reaction and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group （P〈 0.05）; the disappearing time of abdominal pain and diarrhea of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yipi Lichang decoction on chronic colitis with asthenia of the spleen and the stomach type has significant clinical effect, it can effectively relieve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence. At the same time, it has less adverse reaction.
