摘要
目的探究尿中白细胞及红细胞在尿沉渣检测与干化学检测中的应用价值。方法从2014年11月至2016年5月我院搜集的尿液标本中选取100例,分别对其采用尿沉渣检查、干化学检测,比较经不同方法检测后尿中白细胞及红细胞结果的差异。结果尿沉渣检查红细胞检出率为67.00%,白细胞检出率为64.00%;干化学法检测红细胞检出率为55.00%,白细胞检出率为50.00%,两种检测结果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿中白细胞和红细胞在尿沉渣检测中具有较高的检出率,在临床中采用尿沉渣检查联合干化学检测能够进一步提高临床尿液的检出率,从而进一步为临床治疗提供诊断基础,可应用及推广。
Objective To explore the application value of white blood cells and red blood cells in urine of urine sediment detection and dry chemical detection. Methods One hundred cases of urine specimens collected in our hospital from November 2014 to May 2014 were selected, all the urine specimens were detected by urine sediment detection and dry chemical detection respectively. After different detection methods, the difference on white blood cells and red blood cells in urine were compared. Results In urine sediment detection, the red blood cell detection rate was 67.00%, the white blood cell detection rate was 64.00%. In dry chemical detection, the red blood cell detection rate was 55.00%, the white blood cell detection rate was 50.00%. Compared with two kinds of test resuhs, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion White blood cells and red blood cells in urine of urine sediment detection has higher detection rate. Using urinary sediment detection combined with urine dry chemistry detection in clinic can further improve the urine detection rate, so as to provide further diagnostic basis for clinical treatment. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
