预见性护理在高龄胆囊炎患者围术期中的应用效果

Application effect of predictive nursing on patients with perioperative senile cholecystitis

目的分析预见性护理在高龄胆囊炎患者围术期中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的高龄胆囊炎患者91例随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均行急诊腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组45例在围术期实施常规护理,观察组46例在围术期实施预见性护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.8%,明显高于对照组的77.8%(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为6.5%,明显低于对照组的28.9%,(P<0.05)。结论在高龄胆囊炎患者围术期应用预见性护理,可提高临床疗效,减少并发症的发生率,护理效果显著。

Objeclive To analyze the application effect of predictive nursing on patients with perioperative senile choleeystitis. Methods Ninety one cases of senile choleeystitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, both groups were underwent emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 45 cases in the control group were given conventional perioperative nursing, while 46 cases in the observation group accepted predictive nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the obervation group was 97.8%, which was higher than 77.8% of the control group （P〈0.05）, the incidence rate of complications of the observation group was 6.5%, which was lower than 28.9% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of predictive nursing on patients with perioperative senile cbolecystitis can improve the clinical effect and reduce complications, and the nursing effect is remarkable.
