唐山市孤独症儿童父母社会支持、应对方式与抑郁情绪相关性研究

Related research on social support,coping styles and depression of autistic children's parents in Tangshan city

(1)目的探讨唐山市孤独症儿童父母社会支持、应对方式与抑郁的关系。(2)方法采用方便抽样的方法对唐山市88名孤独症儿童的父母进行研究。(3)结果唐山市孤独症儿童父母抑郁标准分为(49.92±7.97)分,低于全国常模(t=-3.621,P<0.001);不同文化程度的孤独症儿童父母其抑郁程度有统计学意义(F=3.243,P<0.05)。孤独症儿童父母的社会支持得分(32.31±6.30)分,低于国内常模(t=-3.336,P<0.01);孤独症儿童父母的消极应对方式得分低于国内常模(t=-7.173,P<0.001),父亲比母亲更多采用积极应对策略(t=0.656,P<0.05)。孤独症儿童父母抑郁与社会支持总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.415,P<0.001),与积极应对呈显著的负相关(r=-0.343,P<0.05),与消极应对呈显著正相关(r=0.454,P<0.01)。(4)结论唐山市孤独症儿童父母抑郁得分和社会支持得分较低;其获得的社会支持越高,自身更易采取积极应对策略,抑郁水平越低。

Objective To explore the relationship among the social support,coping strategies and depression of autistic children＇s parents in Tangshan city.Methods A total of 88 autistic children＇s parents in Tangshan city were studied by convenient sampling method. Results The mean depression score was（49.92±7.97） ,which was significantly lower than that of the national norm（ t =-3.621, P〈 0.001）.There was significantly difference between depression and different education（ F = 3.243, P 〈0.05）.The mean social support score was（32.31±6.30） ,which was significantly lower than the national norm（ t =-3.336, P 〈0.01）.The mean negative coping strategies score was significantly lower than the national norm（ t =-7.173, P ±0.001）.However,autistic children＇s fathers were more likely to use positive coping strategies than mother（ t =0.656, P 〈0.05）.There was significantly negative correlation between depression and social support in parents with autistic children（ r =-0.415, P ±0.001）, There were significantly negative correlation between depression and positive coping styles of autistic children＇s parents（ r=-0.343, P 〈0.05）and positive correlation between depression and negative cop- ing styles（ r =0.454, P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Autistic children＇s parents whose mean depression score and social support ave lower, There is significantly negative correlation between social support, positive coping strategies are more likely to be adopted,the depression level was lower.
