铁矿石球磨机衬板干湿磨摩擦磨损机理研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Abrasion Mechanism of Liner for Iron Ore Ball Mill under Dry or Wet Working Condition

摘要 为掌握铁矿石球磨机筒体内衬板摩擦磨损机理,设计了铁矿石球磨机衬板—磨球摩擦磨损试验台,在此试验台上进行衬板与磨球间的摩擦磨损试验,以ZGMn13衬板试样为研究对象,探究干湿磨时不同磨损工况下衬板与磨球摩擦系数、摩擦接触温升及磨损率变化规律,结果表明:压力对摩擦系数、温升和磨损率的影响大于转速;磨球与衬板间的摩擦系数随载荷W增大而减小,有矿粉颗粒干磨摩擦系数达0.59,矿浆湿磨时仅为0.25;无矿粉干磨情况下温升较小,最高温升仅4.3℃,温升速率随磨程S的增长呈现先快后慢的趋势;磨损率随载荷W的增大而急剧增大,矿粉的加入会使表面犁沟变宽且分布无序,矿浆的加入阻隔了磨损,使表面纹理不明显。 In order to understand the abrasion mechanism of liner in the iron ore ball mill,a test rig for linergrinding ball friction and wear was designed.A series of friction-wear tests were conducted,and the friction coefficient under different loads and different operating conditions,the temperature rise change rule at the touch point and the change rule of wear rate were studied by taking the liner sample(ZGMn13) as study object.The results show that the pressure plays a more important role in affecting the process of wear,and the coefficient of friction decreases with increasing load(W),which is up to 0.59 with ore powder being added and 0.25 with slurry;The temperature rise is low in the condition of wear with no ore powder,the highest temperature is only 4.3℃,the temperature rise increased quickly with increasing load(W) at the beginning,and then the speed slowed down; The wear rate of the liner increases with increasing load(W),adding iron ore powder to the touch point caused greater furrow and made the texture more irregular,adding iron ore slurry caused smaller wear volume and inconspicuous texture.
