摘要 在某钼选厂开展了浮选机泡沫流速影响因子分析与试验研究,选取了四个与矿物回收率紧密相关的影响因子:充气量、泡沫层厚度、给矿量和矿浆浓度作为研究对象,通过泡沫图像分析仪实时采集流速数据,比对分析了各影响因子与泡沫流速大小之间的耦合关系和影响权重。 An experimental research was carried out in a molybdenum plant in order to study the impact factor of flotation froth velocity. Air flow rate, froth depth, ore feed and ore concentration were chosen to be the research object as the most closely related factors of mineral recovery, the coupling relationship and the weight value between all the impact factors and froth velocity obtained by froth image analyzer were studied and analyzed.
